I was at the IKEA Click & Collect yesterday and one man was there, standing at the desk. He looked like he could be a staff member, except he wasn't wearing a name tag. Since I wasn't sure, I didn't ask him. But then, he looked at me and nodded. So I guess he was indeed a staff member. I showed him my order number on my phone. And he said that I need the QR code at the bottom. I scrolled to the bottom and showed him the QR code. Then, he said somebody will come out and scan the QR code. OK, fine, but I thought why can't he do it? Whatever. A few minutes later, an actual staff with the yellow and blue IKEA shirt and a name tag came out with furniture... and wheeled the furniture to him. 穴があったら、入りたかった。
