I am a postdoctoral researcher in the mortality research group at the Federal Institute for Population Research. I completed my PhD in Economics at the Graduate School of Economics, Finance and Management (GSEFM) at Goethe University Frankfurt in April 2024. I am currently affiliated with the Einstein Center Population Diversity at Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin (ECPD), International Center for Insurance Regulation (ICIR) and Frankfurt Laboratory for Experimental Economic Research (FLEX). My research interests include behavioral economics and applied microeconomics.
I enjoy watching anime in my free time. I am particularly fond of Gintama (銀魂) for its unapologetic humor, disrespectful indifference and character building. I also like Golden Kamuy (ゴールデンカムイ), another anime with ridiculous humor but a lot of historical references and factions representing different flavors of (morally ambiguous) ambition.
